1. Overlap and compound two layers of double-sided tape on a circular knife machine, and place the black double-sided tape on the white double-sided tape. The double-sided tape has its own release paper and does not remove it;
2. Use the first mold, namely the slitting knife, to directly slit from the black and white, and die-cut black holes and a small frame, at the half-cut, use the mold drop hole to transfer the waste;
3. Drain the waste between the double-sided tapes, and then drain the self-contained release paper of the double-sided tapes, and then compound a 75g re-release transparent release film;
4. Die-cut the overall outer frame and inner frame, use the suction box to wash off the waste of the inner frame, and the machine to remove the waste of the outer frame and rewind;
5. Manually check whether the product has spilled glue, missing pieces, and poor size, and packaged and shipped.
Die cutting technology points
Use high-quality materials or the corresponding die cutting process to improve the quality of die cutting. Through years of practice, summarizing, correctly selecting materials, and effectively improving the quality of die cutting, several precautions:
- Do not use a die cutting board that has been die-cut from paper materials to die-cut film materials, because the blade is worn and not suitable for die cutting film;
- When flat-knife die cutting, try to reduce the die cutting area, especially the size, because the layout is large and the cutting lines are many, the quality is difficult to guarantee;
- When flat knife die cutting, the backing plate should be replaced frequently, because long-term use will affect the die cutting effect;
- Frequent self-inspection of die cutting quality, especially for coiled products with automatic labeling, to avoid quality problems in large quantities;
- For products with large die cutting size and complex structure, the mold needs to be made by a professional manufacturer, which can effectively ensure the die cutting accuracy;
- To maintain the sharpness of the blade, establish a file to record the use of each mold for timely replacement and maintenance.
